Vladyslav Kaskiv Ukrainian: Каськів Володимирович Владислав is a Ukrainian businessman and former politician. As of 2015 he was director of Ozario Holdings GmbH. He is a former Head of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine, and a former Ukrainian member of parliament.
