Sheikha Shamsa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is an Emirati princess and a member of the Dubai ruling family. Her father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is the prime minister of the UAE, and her mother, Houria Ahmed Lamara, is from Algeria. She is the full sister of Sheikha Maitha, Sheika Latifa and Sheikh Majid.
