Shalanda Young
Shalanda Delores Young is an American political advisor who is the designated deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the Biden administration. For 14 years, Young has worked on the staff of the United States House Committee on Appropriations. In February, 2017, she was named to staff director of the committee, a position in which she served until her nomination for deputy director.
