Paul Hinder, O.F.M. Cap. is a Catholic bishop. He is the Vicar Apostolic in the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia. On 13 May 2020, Bishop Hinder was also appointed Apostolic Administrator of the Vicariate Apostolic of Northern Arabia. Bishop Hinder was previously appointed as an Auxiliary Bishop in the former Vicariate Apostolic of Arabia on 30 January 2004.
