Pat Saiki
Patricia Hatsue Saiki is an American politician and former school teacher from Hilo in the state of Hawai'i. She served as a Republican in Congress from 1987 to 1991 and then as Administrator of the Small Business Administration under President of the United States George H. W. Bush.
