Mehdi bey Hajinski
Mehdi bey Hajinski Suleyman bey oglu was an Azerbaijani actor, publicist and statesman who served as the State Controller of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and first general secretary of Parliament of Azerbaijan, and was member of Azerbaijani National Council.
