Lord Edward Cecil
Lord Edward Herbert Gascoyne-Cecil, KCMG, DSO, known as Lord Edward Cecil, was a distinguished and highly decorated English soldier. As colonial administrator in Egypt and advisor to the Liberal government, he helped to implement Army reforms.
