Irakli Kobakhidze is a Georgian politician, former Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Member of Parliament since 2016, Executive Secretary and Political Council Member of the ruling party “Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia”, Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Professor at the Tbilisi State University, former Chairman of the State Constitutional Commission and the author of the present Constitution of Georgia.
