Heidi Shyu
Heidi Shyu(Chinese: 徐若冰, Xú Ruòbīng; born September 28, 1953 in Taipei, Taiwan) is an American engineer who was the United States Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology from 4 June 2011 to 30 January 2016.
