Ehrenfried Walther von Tschirnhaus, o erróneamente Tschirnhausen fue un matemático, físico, médico y filósofo alemán. Fue el inventor de la porcelana europea, aunque durante mucho tiempo le fue atribuida a Johann Friedrich Böttger.
