Donald M. Blinken
Donald Mayer Blinken is an American diplomat and businessman. He was director and one of the founders of E. M. Warburg Pincus & Company, an investment bank in New York, was the board chairman of the State University of New York from 1978 to 1990 and American Ambassador to Hungary from 1994–1998.
