David Holmes
David Holmes is an American diplomat who serves as a counselor for political affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. Holmes testified in public and closed-door hearings before the House Intelligence, Oversight and Foreign Affairs committees in November 2019 as part of the Trump impeachment inquiry after the Trump–Ukraine scandal.
