Dr. David Chu Yu-lin, JP is a Hong Kong politician. He was one of the founding members of the Hong Kong Progressive Alliance (HKPA), a forerunner of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB), and has been a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong as well as the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China.
