Chandi Prasad Mohanty
Lieutenant General Chandi Prasad Mohanty is a General Officer in the Indian Army. He is the current Vice Chief of the Army Staff and assumed office on 1 February 2021 following the superannuation of Satinder Kumar Saini. He was previously the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Southern Command, assuming command on 30 January 2020. He was trained at RIMC Dehradun.
