Rudolf III, Margrave of Hachberg-Sausenberg
Rodolfo III de Hachberg-Sausenberg (1343-1428) fue el hijo del margrave Rodolfo II de Hachberg-Sausenberg y Catalina de Thierstein. Heredó Hachberg-Sausenberg cuando su padre murió en 1352. Como en aquella época era menor, su tío Otón I actuó como regente. Cuando Rodolfo III alcanzó la mayoría de edad, él y Otón I gobernaron conjuntamente, hasta la muerte de Otón en 1384. Rudolf Meister was a German general in the Luftwaffe during World War II who commanded the 4th Air Corps. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany. Meister surrendered to the American troops in May 1945 and was interned until 1948.
Rudolf Schwarz
Rudolf Schwarz was a German architect known for his work on Kirche St. Fronleichnam, Aachen. He also played a decisive part in the reconstruction of Cologne after the Second World War. He took a leading tole with Cologne's reconstruction authority between 1947 and 1952, contributing to the rebuilding of the city with some of his own designs. Among these is the Wallraf-Richartz Museum (1956), which now houses the Museum of Applied Art. He also reconstructed the pilgrimage church of Saint Anne in Düren, near Aachen, which is probably his most famous work.
