Dean Barrow
Dean Oliver Barrow es un abogado y político beliceño, ex primer ministro de Belice. Es también el exlíder del Partido Demócrata Unido (UDP). Un abogado de carrera, él trabajó como ministro de Relaciones Exteriores desde 1993 a 1998 y fue el líder de la oposición desde 1998 hasta que la UDP ganó en febrero de 2008. He has been convicted of the murder of four women: Susan Knoll, Jillette Mills, Bonnie Guthrie, and Janette Cullins. He was also implicated in the death of Tok Chum Kim. On March 25, 1984 Carter raped a woman who survived his attack. All the victims were killed by strangulation.

Over his career, he has worked as a cinematographer, camera operator, director, second unit director, and assistant director. He is a three-time recipient of the AACTA Award for Best Cinematography and an Academy Award winner. He is a member of both the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) and the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC). In 2002 he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM).

Dean "Deano" Downing is an English retired bicycle racer, specialising in road cycling who last rode for NFTO Pro Cycling. Downing was educated at Wales High School and Sheffield Hallam University, where he graduated in 1998 with a degree in Construction Management. He rode for the DFL-Cyclingnews-Litespeed team in 2006 and is the older brother of former British champion Russell Downing. In 2004, he represented Great Britain at the World Track Championships.
