Chiang Kai-shek
Chiang Kai-shek o Jiang Jieshi fue un militar y estadista chino. Sucedió a Sun Yat-sen como líder del Partido Nacionalista Chino Kuomintang y fue el líder máximo, bajo diversos cargos, de la República de China fundada en Nankín en 1927. Tras la derrota de los nacionalistas frente a los comunistas en 1949, se refugió con su gobierno en la isla de Taiwán.
Chiang Ching-kuo
Chiang Ching-kuo (en en chino tradicional, 蔣經國; en chino simplificado, 蒋经国; pinyin, Jiǎng Jīngguó, fue un militar y político chino-taiwanés que fungió como presidente de la República de China entre 1978 y 1988, siendo el tercer mandatario de Taiwán desde el traslado del régimen del Partido Nacionalista Chino a la isla en 1949, y hasta la actualidad el último nacido en la China Continental.
