Barnim X, o según otra numeración Barnim XII, fue un duque de Pomerania y un miembro de la Casa del Grifo. Administró desde 1569 el distrito de Rügenwalde. Desde 1600 hasta su muerte, gobernó en Pomerania-Stettin.
