Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov, is a Russian statesman and politician. He is the current 6th Governor of the Stavropol Krai since 27 September 2014. He is the Chairman of the Government of the Stavropol Krai since 2 October 2014. He is the also the secretary of the Stavropol regional branch on behalf of the United Russia party since 1 November 2019, as member of the party’s general council.

Peter or Pyotr Parfenovich Vlasov, better known under his pen name Vladimirov, was a Soviet diplomat and journalist. He is best known for The Vladimirov Diaries, in which he recounted the events in Yan'an during the Second World War, particularly information on Mao Zedong.
