Tim Hecker es un músico canadiense de electrónica. Hecker anteriormente grabó bajo el apodo de Jetone, pero es más conocido por sus trabajos ambientales lanzados a través de las discográficas Kranky, Mille Plateaux, Alien8, Force Inc, Staalplaat, y Fat Cat, con su propio nombre.

Jan Hecker was a German lawyer and diplomat. He was an advisor to German Chancellor Angela Merkel and a judge at the Federal Administrative Court, as well as an adjunct professor at the European University Viadrina. He died shortly after taking office as German ambassador to the People's Republic of China.

Justus Friedrich Karl Hecker was a German physician and medical writer, whose works appear in medical encyclopaedias and journals of the time. He particularly studied disease in relation to human history, including plague, smallpox, infant mortality, dancing mania and the sweating sickness, and is often said to have founded the study of the history of disease.
