Marcus Bontempelli is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League (AFL). He grew up in Melbourne while attending Marcellin College, where his sporting abilities earned him the title of Sport captain and placed him in the 1st XVIII football team in 2013. He played top-level junior football with the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup and Vic Metro in the AFL Under 18 Championships.
