Gaber Ahmed Asfour (Arabic: جابر أحمد عصفور, IPA: [ˈɡæːbeɾ ʕɑsˤˈfuːɾ] is an Egyptian professor at Cairo University since 1966, who was appointed as the Minister of Culture on 1 February 2011.
