Iván Matvéievich Vinográdov fue un matemático ruso, uno de los creadores de la teoría analítica de números moderna y una figura dominante de la matemática soviética. Nació en el distrito Velíkiye Luki, en la óblast de Pskov. Se graduó de la Universidad Estatal de San Petersburgo, donde empezó a ejercer en 1920 de profesor. She represented Great Britain at the 1924 Winter Olympics, where she placed 7th, and at the 1928 Winter Olympics, where she placed 14th. She won the inaugural British Figure Skating Championships in 1927.
