Zhang Min is a Chinese former competitive figure skater. He is a two-time Four Continents medalist and a three-time Chinese national champion. He competed at three Winter Olympic Games, placing as high as tenth, and finished a career-best seventh at the 2004 World Championships.

Zhang Qi is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in Hainan province. He was investigated by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, the highest anti-corruption agency of China, in September 2019. Previously he served as Party chief of Haikou, capital of Hainan province. Zhang is the first senior official who was placed under investigation in Hainan since the Communist Party of China's 19th National Congress in late 2017 and the fourth incumbent provincial level official was sacked for graft since then.

Zhang Wei is a former Chinese badminton player. He was the men's doubles champion at the 2004 National Championships partnered with Sang Yang. He was selected to join the national junior team competed at the 2005 Asian Junior Championships in Jakarta, and won three silver medals. He then won the bronze medal in the senior level at the 2006 Asian Championships in the mixed doubles event partnered with Yu Yang. Zhang also won a silver and bronze medal at the 2007 Summer Universiade in the mixed team and men's doubles event.
