Uri Geller
Uri Geller es un ilusionista israelí-británico, personalidad de televisión y psíquico autoproclamado. Es conocido por sus representaciones televisivas en las cuales dobla cucharas supuestamente con el poder de su mente y otras ilusiones. Geller usa trucos de magia para simular los efectos de la psicoquinesis y la telepatía.
Uri Avnery
Uri Avnery —nacido con el nombre de Helmut Ostermann— fue un periodista, escritor y activista por la paz israelí. Formó parte del Parlamento israelí (Knéset) durante tres periodos legislativos, con un total de diez años como diputado. Trabajó durante desde la creación del Estado de Israel por la paz entre Israel y Palestina, la creación de dos Estados y el fin de la situación de Cisjordania. Murió a los 95 años y escribió hasta sus últimos días reclamando la paz en el conflicto palestino-israelí.

Uriel Lubrani was an Israeli diplomat and military official. In 1964, he joined the diplomatic corps of the Foreign Ministry, and was appointed ambassador to Uganda and non-resident ambassador to Burundi and Rwanda, serving until 1967. From 1967 to 1971, he was ambassador to Ethiopia.

Moses Uri Levi, 1544-1622 was a German rabbi. Born in Wittmund, Germany. He was a key founder of the Spanish-Portuguese community of Amsterdam. He was the first chief rabbi of the Jewish Community of Amsterdam. Made chief rabbi in 1602, he was soon arrested on charges of selling illegal items. He denied charges but admitted exercising his religion in his own way. He was soon released and remained chief rabbi.
