Marta de Armagnac,, hija del conde Juan I de Armagnac, fue la primera esposa de Juan de Aragón, entonces duque de Gerona, y que será rey tras el fallecimiento de Marta. Juan no tuvo con ella más que dos hijas que sobrevivieron, casándose luego todavía siendo duque en 1380 con Violante de Bar, que tampoco le dará descendientes varones, pasando el título a su hermano Martín I.
