Ibrahim al Qosi
Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al Qosi is a Sudanese citizen and paymaster for al-Qaeda. Qosi was held since January 2002 in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba. His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number is 54.
Ibrahim Ishaq
Ibrahim Ishaq, also referred to as Ibrāhīm Isḥāq Ibrāhīm, was a Sudanese novelist, short story writer and academic researcher. Most of his narrative works are set in his native Darfur region of western Sudan. From 1969 on, he published six novels and three collections of short stories, as well as academic studies about the history and literature of Africa. Through his fiction and language, he introduced life and culture of Darfur to readers in other parts of the country.

Ibrahim Hakki Pasha
Ibrahim Hakki Pasha, was an Ottoman statesman, who served as Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire between 1910–1911. He served as Ottoman ambassador to Germany and to the Kingdom of Italy. Hakki Pasha also spent considerable amounts of time in London between February 1913 and the outbreak of World War I, working on negotiations concerning the Berlin-Baghdad Railway and a settlement for the Second Balkan War. During that visit, Hakki Pasha met with King George VI. He was awarded the Order of Karađorđe's Star.
Ibrahim ibn al-Mahdi
Ibrahim ibn al-Mahdi (779–839) was an Abbasid prince, singer, composer and poet. He was the son of the third Abbasid caliph Al-Mahdi and the half-brother of the poet and musician ‘Ulayya.
