George Strickland Kingston
Sir George Strickland Kingston arrived in South Australia on the Cygnet in 1836. He was the Deputy Surveyor to William Light, engaged to survey the new colony of South Australia. Kingston was also the first Speaker of the South Australian House of Assembly.

George Louis of Nassau-Dillenburg was Hereditary Prince of Nassau-Dillenburg. He was the son of Prince Louis Henry and his wife, Catherine of Sayn-Wittgenstein. He never inherited the principality, because he died before his father.

George William Frederick Osborne, 6th Duke of Leeds,, styled Earl of Danby until 1789 and Marquess of Carmarthen from 1789 to 1799, was a British peer and politician. He served as Master of the Horse between 1827 and 1830. He also was Governor of Scilly.
