Fikri Işık MP is a Turkish politician who has been the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey since 19 July 2017. Previously, he served as Minister of Science, Industry and Technology from 2013 to 2016 and Minister of National Defense from 2016 to 2017. He is a Member of Parliament representing the Kocaeli Province on behalf of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), since 2007. Before politics, Işık was an educator.

Fikri Sağlar is a Turkish social democrat politician. He was Minister of Culture in the early 1990s, and a member of the parliamentary commission which investigated the Susurluk scandal. He has been a columnist for Birgün.
