Ernesto Benjumea Plazas es un actor colombiano; hijo del veterano actor Carlos Benjumea y hermano de Marcela Benjumea.

Ernesto Velázquez Ruiz-Mateos is a Spanish badminton player. He won the bronze medal at the 2007 European Junior Championships in the boys' singles event. He emerged as the mixed doubles champion at the National Championships in 2011–2013.

Ernesto Reyes Milian is a Cuban badminton player. He competed at the 2015 Pan American Games. Reyes was the bronze medalists at the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games in the men's doubles and team event. He won the Giraldilla International tournament in the men's doubles event partnered with Ronald Toledo in 2012, and with Leodannis Martínez in 2016. He competed at the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla, Colombia, and helped the team won the silver medal.

Ernesto Maguengue is a Mozambican clergyman, who is the Auxiliary Bishop of Nampula. He was ordained as a priest on 14 May 1989 in Maputo. On 24 June 2004 he was appointed Bishop of Pemba, which came into effect on 14 November, until his resignation on 27 October 2012. On 6 August 2014 Maguengue was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Nampula and Titular Bishop of Furnos Minor.
