Elisabeth Luther was the first daughter and second child born to German priest and iconic figure of the Protestant Reformation, Martin Luther and his wife, Katharina von Bora. She did not survive infancy.

Elisabeth Marschall was the Head Nurse (Oberschwester) at the Ravensbrück concentration camp. Her duties included selecting prisoners for execution, overseeing medical experiments, and selecting which prisoners would be shipped to Auschwitz. She worked with Dr Adolf Winkelmann and Dr Percival Treite.

Elisabeth Ebeling was a German film and stage actress. She received the Kurt-Sieder-Preis in 2013. In total, she played several hundred roles and was involved with famous directors, including Rainer Werner Fassbinder and Klaus Michael Grüber.

Elisabeth zu Fürstenberg (1767-1822), was a Princess consort of Fürstenberg by marriage to Karl Aloys zu Fürstenberg. She was the regent of the Fürstenberg-Fürstenberg during the minority of her son, Charles Egon II, from 1804 until 1806.
