Aysel Teymurzadə es una cantante de R&B. Fue seleccionada internamente por la cadena Ictimai para representar a Azerbaiyán en el Festival de la Canción de Eurovisión 2009 junto a Arash en Moscú, Rusia. Aysel es la primera mujer cantante en representar a Azerbaiyán en Eurovisión, en seis veces que ha participado el país en dicho festival.

Aysel Çelikel is a Turkish academic, legal scholar and author who served as the first Minister of Justice of Turkey at 57th Cabinet. She was neither a Member of Parliament nor in political affiliation. She appointed as independent minister by PM Bülent Ecevit in accordance to Article 114 of the Constitution three months before the 1999 general election.
