Antanas Mockus
Aurelijus Rutenis Antanas Mockus Šivickas es un matemático, político y filósofo colombiano. Fue alcalde de Bogotá en dos ocasiones, candidato a la Vicepresidencia (1998) y a la Presidencia de la República. Fue Senador de la República de Colombia de 2018 a 2020, tras obtener la segunda mayor votación en las elecciones legislativas de ese año. Fue también el presidente de la liquidada Corporación Visionarios por Colombia (Corpovisionarios), centro de pensamiento y acción sin ánimo de lucro que investiga, asesora, diseña e implementa acciones para lograr cambios voluntarios de comportamientos colectivos.
Antanas Impulevičius
Antanas Impulevičius-Impulėnas was an officer of the Lithuanian Army, reaching the rank of major in 1937, and later a Nazi collaborator. After the occupation of Lithuania by the Soviet Union, he was arrested by NKVD. He was freed during the Uprising of June 1941. Impulevičius joined the Lithuanian Schutzmannschaft and commanded the 12th Police Battalion. His unit was sent to Belarus where it participated in mass executions of the Jews, particularly in Minsk and Kletsk. He also joined the short-lived Lithuanian Territorial Defense Force. In 1944, he moved to Germany, in 1949 he relocated to the United States. In 1962, Supreme Court of the Lithuanian SSR sentenced him to death in absentia. After the trial, United States dismissed Soviet request to extradite him.

Antanas Merkys
Antanas Merkys was the last Prime Minister of independent Lithuania, serving from November 1939 to June 1940. When the Soviet Union presented an ultimatum to Lithuania demanding that it accept a Soviet garrison, President Antanas Smetona fled the country leaving Merkys as acting president. Merkys ostensibly cooperated with the Soviets, and illegally took over the presidency in his own right. After three days, Merkys handed power to Justas Paleckis, who formed the People's Government of Lithuania. When Merkys attempted to flee the country, he was captured and deported to the interior of Russia, where he died in 1955.
