Albert Gustaf Aristides Edelfelt fue un pintor finlandés.

Albert Sigurður Guðmundsson fue un futbolista, empresario y político islandés. En su etapa deportiva se convirtió en el primer futbolista islandés con contrato profesional, llegando a militar en el Arsenal F.C., el A..C. Milan y el Racing Club de France. Tras su retirada siguió vinculado al fútbol como presidente de la Federación Islandesa entre 1968 y 1973. En 1974 fue elegido diputado del parlamento islandés dentro del Partido de la Independencia, y en 1980 se presentó a las elecciones a la presidencia del país, siendo derrotado por Vigdís Finnbogadóttir.

Albert Mathiez was a French historian, best known for his Marxist interpretation of the French Revolution. Mathiez emphasized class conflict. He argued that 1789 pitted the bourgeoisie against the aristocracy and then the Revolution pitted the bourgeoisie against the sans-culottes, who were a proletariat-in-the-making. Mathiez greatly influenced Georges Lefebvre and Albert Soboul in forming what came to be known as the orthodox Marxist interpretation of the Revolution. Mathiez admired Maximilien Robespierre, praised the Reign of Terror and did not extend complete sympathy to the struggle of the proletariat.
