His film career included roles in many Canadian movies, such as Explosion (1969), Frankenstein on Campus, The Girl in Blue (1973) and Thrillkill (1984).

Tom L. Ward is a prominent Oklahoma City businessman and philanthropist. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of Mach Resources, a privately owned energy company in Oklahoma City, OK.
