Colomán Tisza
El conde Colomán Tisza de Borosjenő fue un político húngaro que ejerció el cargo de primer ministro de la Transleitania austrohúngara entre 1875 y 1890. Se le atribuye la formación de un gobierno magiar sólido, la fundación del nuevo Partido Liberal (1875) y varias reformas económicas. Su hijo fue el también primer ministro e influyente político austrohúngaro Esteban Tisza.
Esteban Tisza
El conde Esteban Tisza de Borosjenő fue un político húngaro que ejerció el cargo de primer ministro de Hungría desde 1903 a 1905 y de 1913 a 1917, y desempeñó un importante papel en el intervalo tanto en la política húngara como a nivel estatal austrohúngaro. Fue el principal representante de la corriente política húngara favorable al acuerdo de 1867 con el emperador Francisco José a comienzos del siglo XX.

Lajos Tisza
Count Lajos Tisza de Borosjenő et Szeged was a Hungarian politician, who served as Minister besides the King between 1892 and 1894. He was the younger brother of Kálmán Tisza and uncle of István Tisza. Tisza took part in the Hungarian politics from 1861, he was a supporter of the Austro-Hungarian Compromise of 1867. After the great flood at Szeged in 1879 he was the responsible for the reconstruction of the town. Szeged regards him as a hero since then because Lajos Tisza conducted the performance of the complicated task of the town's reconstruction with distinguished cooperation and a good organizational skill. Lajos Tisza received the title of Count from Emperor Franz Joseph for his works in the reconstruction of Szeged in 1883. However, the childless Lajos Tisza conferred his title on his politician nephew Stephen Tisza with the consent of the Monarch on 16 February 1897.
László Tisza
László Tisza was a Hungarian-born American physicist who was Professor of Physics Emeritus at MIT. He was a colleague of famed physicists Edward Teller, Lev Landau and Fritz London, and initiated the two-fluid theory of liquid helium.
