Omar Razzaz es un político jordano, ex primer ministro de Jordania. Fue nombrado el 5 de junio de 2018 después de que Hani Mulki, su predecesor, dimitiera como resultado de las protestas generalizadas contra las medidas de austeridad en el país. Razzaz había sido ministro de Educación desde el 4 de enero de 2017. Anteriormente había sido director de varias instituciones nacionales e internacionales.

Mu'nis Razzaz (1951–2002) was a Jordanian writer and is considered one of the most prominent modernist Arab novelists. He is primarily known for 15 award winning stories, including "State Encouragement Prize for the novel", and "State Merit Award in Arts". His works focus on reflecting the situation of the Arabs; his wounds, fears, and pace of his life; and the repression that leads to the resignation of the mind and the pursuit of militants.
