Maria Lamb is an Olympic speed skater from River Falls, Wisconsin, who competed in 1500 m and the team pursuit at the 2006 Winter Olympics. She was also selected to compete in the 5000 m for the US at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics.

Mary Ann Lamb was an English writer. She is best known for the collaboration with her brother Charles on the collection Tales from Shakespeare. Mary suffered from mental illness, and in 1796 she stabbed her mother to death during a mental breakdown. She was confined to mental facilities for most of her remaining life. She and Charles presided over a literary circle in London that included the poets William Wordsworth and Samuel Taylor Coleridge, among others.

Wally Lamb is an American author known as the writer of the novels She's Come Undone and I Know This Much Is True, both of which were selected for Oprah's Book Club. He was the director of the Writing Center at Norwich Free Academy in Norwich from 1989 to 1998 and has taught Creative Writing in the English Department at the University of Connecticut.
