Elvira Devinamira Wirayanti is an Indonesian actress, beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2014, and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant where she placed in the Top 15 and won best National Costume award. She is the third Indonesian and the first Javanese to be called as Miss Universe Finalists.
