Watban Ibrahim al-Tikriti' fue un político iraquí que ocupóel cargo de Ministro del Interior. Era hermanastro de Saddam Hussein y hermano de Barzan al-Tikriti. Fue capturado por la Autoridad Provisional de la Coalición el 13 de abril de 2003 mientras intenta huir a Siria. Murió por un ataque al corazón en 2015.

Sabawi Ibrahim al-Tikriti, half brother of Saddam Hussein, was the leader of the Iraqi secret service, the Mukhabarat, at the time of the 1991 Gulf War. He was the head of the Directorate of General Security from 1991 to 1996, and later served as a presidential advisor to Hussein.

He was the Jack of Diamonds in the most-wanted Iraqi playing cards and is still a fugitive with up to $1 million reward for information leading to his capture.
