The company was acquired by PAN Communications in Boston. Previously, Adler was the President of RAD Data Communications, Inc. Ilene won PR Daily's 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award and was recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit, philanthropic heart and most importantly, her ability to communicate and mentor her employees. In 2011, Ilene was named the “Women Executives in America” winner at the Golden Bridge Awards. This award recognized her successful career in marketing and public relations. Adler regularly contributes to industry conference, including the Silicon Vikings Leadership Conference, the Energy Utility Environment Conference (EUEC) and the PRSA 2011 Counselors Academy Spring Conference.
