Sergi Mingote Moreno fue un alpinista y político español. Consiguió coronar el Everest en solitario por la cara norte (2001) y encadenar las subidas del K2 y el Broad Peak (2018) en solo siete días. Falleció en el K2 tras retirarse de la expedición nepalí que colideraba, y que acabaría consiguiendo hollar por primera vez la cumbre en invierno, y trataba de regresar al campamento base.

William David McKenzie, Baron McKenzie of Luton was a British Labour politician. Until the 2010 general election, he was Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Communities and Local Government. He was also a partner at accounting firm Price Waterhouse which became PricewaterhouseCoopers following a 1998 merger.

Françoise Cactus, born Françoise van Hove, was a French musician and author, active in Germany, best known as co-founder, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist in the band Stereo Total. Cactus wrote several novels as well as contributing to German papers such as Die Tageszeitung. Prior to founding Stereo Total with Brezel Göring in 1993, Cactus played in the West Berlin band die Lolitas, one of only a few Western bands to play officially unsanctioned gigs in East Berlin during the final years of the dictatorship. She was originally from France, having moved to West Berlin in 1985.
