Kadambini Ganguly
Kadambini Ganguly fue una de las primeras médicas indias que ejerció con un título en medicina moderna, junto con otras mujeres pioneras como Anandi Gopal Joshi. Fue la primera mujer en ser admitida en el Calcuta Medical College en 1884, posteriormente se formó en Escocia y estableció una exitosa práctica médica en la India. Defensora del cambio social de su país y activista por los derechos de las mujeres.
Charles Henry Turner
Charles Henry Turner was an American zoologist, educator, and comparative psychologist, known for his studies on the behavior of insects, particularly bees and ants. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Turner was the first African American to receive a graduate degree at the University of Cincinnati and most likely the first African American to earn a PhD from the University of Chicago. He spent most of his career as a high school teacher in Sumner High School in St. Louis.
Wilhelm Röntgen
Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen fue un ingeniero mecánico y físico alemán, de la Universidad de Wurzburgo. El 8 de noviembre de 1895 produjo radiación electromagnética en las longitudes de onda correspondiente a los actualmente llamados rayos X. En los años siguientes, Röntgen publicó unos estudios «sobre un nuevo tipo de rayos», que fueron traducidos al inglés, francés, italiano y ruso.
Constantino I de Grecia
Constantino I, rey de los helenos, fue Rey de los helenos de 1913 a 1917 y de 1920 a 1922. Después de sus éxitos militares en las guerras de los Balcanes que permitieron extender el territorio de Grecia, su apoyo pasivo a las Potencias Centrales y su enfrentamiento con el primer ministro Eleftherios Venizelos durante la Primera Guerra Mundial le valieron el descrédito de los Aliados y provocaron una profunda y duradera ruptura en la sociedad griega, por lo que se exilió en 1917. Nordström is often designated by modern writers as The Einstein of Finland due to his novel work in similar fields with similar methods to Einstein.

Binao (1867–1927) was a queen of the Sakalava people of Madagascar between 1881–1927. She was the granddaughter of King Andriantsoly of the Boina Kingdom, and acceded in 1881 to the throne of the Bemihisatra group of the Sakalava following the death of her mother, Safy Mozongo. She controlled a relatively small territory on the north-western coast of Madagascar consisting of the island of Nosy Be and a stretch of the mainland coast opposite. During the early years of her reign she faced the challenge posed by the ambitions of the mainland's dominant power, the Merina Kingdom.

Walter Stanley Haines
Walter Stanley Haines was an American professor of chemistry, materia medica, and toxicology. He taught at Rush Medical College in Chicago for almost 50 years, and was acclaimed for his teaching. With Frederick Peterson, he published a comprehensive guide to medicine and the law, A Textbook on Legal Medicine and Toxicology, which went through many editions.
