César Cuí
Tsézar Antónovich Kiuí, más conocido como César Cui, fue un compositor y militar ruso. Formó parte del círculo de Belyayev y Los Cinco, un grupo de compositores combinados con la idea de crear un tipo de música específicamente ruso. Como oficial del ejército imperial ruso, ascendió al rango de ingeniero general, enseñó fortificaciones en academias militares rusas y escribió una serie de monografías sobre el tema.

Mass'oud Mirza Zell-e Soltan ("Mass'oud Mirza the Sultan's Shadow or Massud Mirza was a Persian prince of the Qajar Dynasty; he was known as the "Yamin-al-Dowleh". He was posted as the governor of Isfahan for over 35 years, and the governor of the Mazandaran, Fars, and Isfahan for a total of 40 years.

Arthur Wills John Wellington Trumbull Blundell Hill, 6th Marquess of Downshire was an Irish peer, styled Earl of Hillsborough until 31 March 1874. He lived chiefly at the family seat, Easthampstead Park, within 5,000 acres in Berkshire. The marquess also owned 115,000 acres in Hillsborough, County Down.

Turki I bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (1900–1919) was the eldest son of Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia. He accompanied his father during the conquest of the Arabian Peninsula at a young age, and witnessed battles in Kuwait and al-Hasa. He died in 1919 in the 1918-1920 flu pandemic, which also killed many others in the region.
