John Jairo Arias Tascón, alias "Pinina", fue un miembro del Cartel de Medellín. Ex integrante de la banda de Los Priscos, obtuvo poder en el ala terrorista del Cartel, por lo que es señalado por las autoridades colombianas como responsable de cientos de asesinatos. Llego a ser considerado como el quinto en importancia dentro de la estructura del Cartel.
