Héctor Joaquín Abad Faciolince es un escritor y periodista colombiano, más conocido por sus libros Angosta, que obtuvo en abril de 2005 en China el premio a la mejor novela extranjera, y El olvido que seremos, sobre la vida y asesinato de su padre Héctor Abad Gómez, al que fue otorgado el premio Casa de América Latina de Portugal por el libro como mejor obra latinoamericana y el Premio Wola-Duke en Derechos Humanos. Además ha recibido un Premio Nacional de Cuento, una Beca Nacional de Novela (1994) y dos Premios Simón Bolívar de Periodismo de Opinión. En 2016 creó Angosta Editores, una editorial independiente de Colombia.
Tukaram Omble
Tukaram Omble AC was a Mumbai police officer and army soldier, who served as assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of the Mumbai Police. He was martyred in action while fighting terrorists during the 2008 Mumbai attacks, at Girgaum Chowpatty Mumbai, and was instrumental in apprehending Ajmal Kasab alive. The lone surviving terrorist Kasab was later convicted and hanged. The Indian government posthumously honoured Omble, on 26 January 2009, with the Ashoka Chakra – the country's highest peace-time gallantry award for extraordinary bravery and valour in the line of duty.
