Eugene Shvidler
Evgeny Markovich Shvidler, also Eugene Shvidler, is a Russian-American billionaire oil businessman. Although not often referred to as one of that country's prominent business oligarchs, as he became a US citizen in 1994, he nevertheless made his fortune during the privatization of Russian industry, and maintains a close connection to fellow oligarch Roman Abramovich and his circle. In 2008 Shvidler and Ambramovich purchased three houses in Snowmass Village, Colorado totaling over $62 million dollars in real estate.
Elizaveta Mukasei
Lt. Col. Elizaveta Ivanovna Mukasei was a Soviet spy codenamed Elza. Along with her husband Mikhail Mukasei, she took part in a number of undercover operations in Western Europe and the United States from the 1940s through to the 1970s. She died on September 19, 2009 in Moscow at age 97. Her husband died on August 19, 2008, aged 101.

Nikolai Leonidovich Tsulygin born May 29, 1975) is a retired Russian professional ice hockey player. Tsulygin was drafted 30th overall by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft, the Ducks' second ever draft pick behind Paul Kariya and played twenty-two games for Anaheim, scoring one assist and collecting eight penalty minutes during the 1996–97 NHL season. Tsulygin returned to Russia in 1999 and remained there until his retirement in 2008.
