Kadi Burhan al-Din
Qāżi Aḥmad Borhān al-Din was an Oghuz Turkic vizier to the Eretnid rulers of Anatolia. In 1381 he took over Eretnid lands and claimed the title of sultan for himself. He is most often referred to by the title Qadi, a name for Islamic judges, which was his first occupation.

Gregorio de Nisa
San Gregorio de Nisa o Gregorio Niseno también conocido como Gregorio Niseno, fue obispo de Nisa en Capadocia en el siglo IV y teólogo. Venerado como santo en la Iglesia católica y en la ortodoxa. Asimismo figura en el Calendario de Santos Luterano. Considerado uno de los tres Padres Capadocios, fue hermano menor de san Basilio el Grande y santa Macrina la joven. Igualmente fue amigo de Gregorio Nacianceno, con quien se lo suele confundir.
Sabas el Santificado
Sabas el Santificado o San Sabas de Capadocia fue un sacerdote de Anatolia, es venerado como santo por la Iglesia católica y la Iglesia ortodoxa. Vivió sobre todo en Palestina, dedicándose al eremitorio. Fue el fundador de varios monasterios, entre ellos el principal es Mar Saba.
Emmelia of Caesarea
Emmelia of Caesarea was born in Cappadocia, a province of the Roman Empire. She died May 30, 375 AD. She was born in the late third to early fourth century, a period in time when Christianity was becoming more widespread, posing a challenge to the Roman government and its pagan rule. She was the wife of Basil the Elder and bore nine or ten children, including Basil of Caesarea, Macrina the Younger, Peter of Sebaste, Gregory of Nyssa, and Naucratius.
Sarkis Torossian
Sarkis Torossian was a decorated Ottoman Armenian captain who fought in the Gallipoli Campaign and according to his memoirs, was the first person to sink a British battleship. After the Armenian Genocide however, when most of his family was massacred, he switched sides and joined the fight against the Ottoman Empire. He later moved to the United States where he wrote and published his memoirs, From Dardanelles to Palestine: a true story of five battle fronts of Turkey. The authenticity and accuracy of his memoirs have been debated by historians. In anticipation of the publication of Torossian's memoirs in Turkey by Ayhan Aktar, Torosian's descendants were discovered by local historian Paul Vartan Sookiasian. From there, Taner Akçam interviewed Torossian's granddaughter who described her grandfather's life in detail.

Macrina la Joven
Macrina fue una religiosa católica. Hija de Basilio el Viejo y Emelia, nieta de Macrina la Mayor. Sus hermanos también destacaron como religiosos, sobre todo Basilio, Gregorio y Pedro. Sus padres concertaron su matrimonio cuando Macrina tenía doce años, pero el prometido murió y desde entonces Macrina se consagró a la vida religiosa.

Vrtanes also known Saint Vrtanes was Armenian Catholicos in the Armenia's Holy Apostolic Church. Vrtanes succeeded immediately after St. Gregory I the Enlightener and Aristaces as third in line in the then-hereditary Parthian line of Catholicoi. Vrtanes was the first son born to St. Gregory I the Enlightener by his wife Miriam and his younger brother was Aristaces. He was the father of St. Husik I and Gregory by an unnamed wife. He reigned from 333 to 341.
