Li Guoying
Li Guoying is a Chinese hydraulic engineer-turned-politician, currently serving as governor of Anhui province. Li worked in his early career as a technician and administrator in the national ministry of water works, the Yellow River Commission, and in Heilongjiang province. He was transferred to Anhui in 2015 to serve as deputy party chief before becoming acting governor in 2016.

Ji Bingxuan is a politician of the People's Republic of China. Since 2013 he has served as one of the Vice Chairmen of the 12th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. From 2008 to 2013 he held the highest post in Heilongjiang province, serving as its Communist Party Chief.

Yan Lianke es un escritor chino nacido en 1958 en un pueblo de la provincia de Henan. Entró en el ejército en 1978. En 1985 se licenció en Educación de Ciencias Políticas en la Universidad de Henan y en 1991 en literatura por el Instituto de Arte del Ejército Popular de Liberación. Empezó a escribir novelas a partir del 1979, retirándose del ejército en 2004. En la actualidad es catedrático del Instituto de Literatura de la Universidad del Pueblo de China y escritor.
