Chang Xiaobing
Chang Xiaobing is a Chinese former business executive. He served as the chairman of China Unicom from 2004 to 2015, and the chairman of China Telecom in 2015. On December 27, 2015, Chang was placed under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. He is the first head of telecommunications in China implicated since the beginning of Xi Jinping's anti-corruption drive after he took power in late 2012.
Empress Wang
Empress Wang, formally Empress Xiaoping (孝平皇后), formally during her father Wang Mang's Xin dynasty Duchess Dowager of Ding'an (定安太后) then Princess Huanghuang (黃皇室主), was an empress during the Han Dynasty and the last empress of the Western Han Dynasty. She was the daughter of the eventual usurper Wang Mang, who established the Xin Dynasty. Her husband was Emperor Ping. She is largely viewed by historians as a tragic figure, the victim of circumstances who tried to remain loyal to her husband of only a few years, but whose faithfulness to her husband's dynasty eventually led her to commit suicide at the end of her father's reign.

Zhao Tuo
Zhao Tuo or Triệu Đà, was a Qin dynasty Chinese general and first king of Nanyue. He participated in the conquest of the Baiyue peoples of Guangdong, Guangxi and Northern Vietnam. After the fall of the Qin, he established the independent kingdom of Nanyue with its capital in Panyu in 204 BCE. Some traditional Vietnamese history scholars considered him an emperor of Vietnam and the founder of the Triệu dynasty, other historians contested that he was a foreign invader.

She therefore contributed greatly to the Rule of Wen and Jing, commonly considered one of the golden ages of Chinese history.
